Testimonials

Leila - Dubai UAE

Sophie made me comfortable, and explained  the process step by step. I had no previous experience with any sort of breath work, so I came into the session with a completely open mind.

We did 3 rounds of breath work and I was surprised at the speed of the first round and interested by how I was instructed to breathe in and out. The music used was pleasing to the ear and helped me keep in time with my breathing.

For the first two rounds, I would say I was really focusing on my breath, but for the 3rd and final round my body seemed to completely lose any sort of control and just felt free. I felt an overwhelming sense of emotion come over me out of no where which really surprised me and confused me initially. But I just let my body go with it, and continued listening to Sophie and her instructions. As I finished the last round, I felt calmer. Like I had released a massive amount of tension and stress which I don’t think I realised I was holding onto. Sophie talked me through to the end which was soothing and reassuring. And at the end of the session I was welcomed to express my thoughts with her.

As someone who is constantly on the go and works well at a fast pace, I found this session a surprising and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely be interested in exploring breath work further.
